Highway Justice Walkthrough
Highway Justice is a wickedly entertaining, engrossing and addictive driving game that puts you behind the wheel of a police car to deal out just what the name implies - a little highway justice. While it isn't the most involved driving game on the internet and the graphics aren't the fanciest you'll find in the genre, the actual game play will hold your interest from the start to the finish. It's a simple game at its core. You have target cars that you need to destroy with your police cruiser. Destroy all the target cars in the level and you'll progress to the next level. Each level has more secondary cars on the highway making the game much more difficult. See, you aren't just trying to destroy the target cars - you're also trying to avoid allowing your own car to be destroyed. This will take a little fancy driving and a real cautious approach. Is it easy to beat the game? No - definitely not, but it can be done and it can be done by any player regardless of skill or experience level, as long as you're willing to be patient and work toward that goal.
Several things go into building a strong game strategy in Highway Justice and all of those things involve paying close attention to what's happening on the game screen. If you're not paying attention, you're going to find you end up in trouble pretty quickly. All of the basic information you'll need to watch out for is shown at the top of the game screen. On the left side of the game screen, you'll see how many targets are left in the level. This information will also be shown on the bottom of the game screen when you destroy a target, but it only remains there briefly. If you forget how many targets you have left, just check the top corner. The top left also shows you the distance to your next target. This is valuable information because it gives you an idea of just how long you have before you have another target to destroy.
The most important piece of information on the game screen, however, lies on the top right side of the screen - your car's health. Because Highway Justice isn't just about destroying the target cars but is also about keeping your own car intact, knowing how much damage your car has taken is incredible important. When your car is nearly completely destroyed and you still have targets left to take out - especially if you have multiple targets left to take out - you need to drive extremely carefully as you chase down the remaining target cars. If there is more than one car left, you want to make sure you have adequate health to take out all of those cars. If you're going to destroy your car when you take out the next target, you're in trouble. For that reason, medic packs are a valuable and vital tool to getting through the more difficult levels later in the game.
You also need to keep your eyes open for the medic packs that show up on the highway in Highway Justice and do everything you can to collect them. Medic packs help restore your health which greatly increases how long your game will last. Medic packs are often found in the center of one of the lanes of traffic and are usually surrounded by cars. Hit the brakes as soon as you see one and try to position yourself so you have a clear path to that medic pack. This is going to take quite a bit of skill and careful maneuvering, but it's worth it. Those medic packs are key survival tools in this game. If you let yourself pass them buy, you're going to be in trouble, especially since they don't come along very often - usually only once a level.
The real trick to Highway Justice is not relying completely on those hard to get medic packs to keep your car intact. Focus on your driving. This is a hard game for newcomers to driving games who aren't used to controlling cars because this game is really all about control. You need to avoid hitting the other cars on the road as much as possible, especially later in the game when you have more target cars to destroy. If you spend all your health points bumping into other cars as you're chasing your target cars, you're not going to have the health left to take out the targets. The target cars need to be your focus. Destroying them is the only way to make it to the next level, so make sure you have the health you need to complete that goal.
The great thing about Highway Justice is that if you do destroy your car before you've destroyed all of the target cars, you don't have to start over from the beginning of the game. Instead, you simply have to start from the beginning of the level. This is a huge benefit for more experienced driving game players who may find the first few levels a bit too easy and don't want to have to replay them over and over again. Newcomers to driving games like this one are probably going to have trouble from the start, but practice makes perfect. Don't look at a failed level as a total fail. Look at it as the chance to hone your skills and improve your performance. If you stick with it, you will be able to win the game eventually.
