Express Ambulance is a fairly unusual driving game - since, besides going in the opposite direction of traffic, you'll also be able to make your ambulance jump on command. The premise is extremely simple: get to the hospital in one piece, without running out of gas. Running into object, obstacles, and vehicles will decrease your total amount of fuel, too, but once you make it to a checkpoint, you'll get some fuel restored.

The variety of obstacles you'll have to avoid is numerous; traffic cones, cars, and potholes are just a few of them. Since hitting any of them means losing fuel, it's best to avoid them whenever possible. Usually, your best option is simply moving out of the way (use the left and right arrow keys to do so), but if you can't make it in time, you can always hit the spacebar to jump over anything in front of you.

To help you on your way to the hospital, there are a ton of different power ups you can grab in Express Ambulance. There are power ups that will make you invulnerable, power ups that will allow you to jump for longer periods of time, and power ups that will give you more fuel - but there are also power ups you shouldn't pick up. Some of these can mess with your controls and slow you down, so once you recognize the bad power ups, try your best to avoid picking them up.
